SolarPower Europe Annual General Meeting - 14 February 2017

The SolarPower Europe 2017 Annual General Meeting(AGM) will take place on the 14 February 2017 from 12:00 to 14:00 in our offices, in Brussels.

The AGM will provide an overview of the Association's priorities and activities in 2016 and will present the strategic orientation of our association for the coming years. The SolarPower Europe leadership team will also use the opportunity of the AGM to provide our members with an update of planned activities for this year.

During this year's AGM all members will have the opportunity to to elect a President, 3 Vice-Presidents and 6 Directors to the SolarPower Europe Board. If interested, please send your application to Myrto Papoutsi at m.papoutsi@solarpowereurope.org by 6 February 2017 at the latest in accordance with Article 19, paragraph 2 of SolarPower Europe's Statutes.

In addition all members will be asked to vote on proposed changes to the Statutes.

Please note that a quorum of 50% of all Members is required to vote on any decisions of the General Assembly. In case the Annual General Meeting of 14 February 2017 would not reach the required quorum, there will be an Extraordinary General Meeting on 8 March 2017 at the Thon Hotel EU in Brussels. We encourage you to mark this date in your diary. This Extraordinary General Meeting will then be allowed to vote on any decisions, irrespective of the quorum that would be reached at such meeting.
