We lead award-winning campaigns on the most important issues for the European solar sector today. Our campaigns and initiatives aim to provide information and raise awareness on a variety of topics that are critical to the growth of our technology. We strive to build strong partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders to accelerate the energy transition in Europe, with solar at the core.

The building sector accounts for 36% of CO2 emissions in the EU. We can reduce this significantly by installing solar on all new and renovated buildings. However, more than 90% of roofs go unused, when they could help mitigate climate change by having solar installed on them. With this campaign, we are calling for a requirement for solar to be installed on all new and renovated buildings to be introduced into EU legislation.

From transport and farming, to home and school, solar is powering our lives in more ways than ever before. Follow real stories that demonstrate how solar is becoming a major part of life in Europe. Generation solar tells the stories of people and how solar empowers them every day, from all over Europe and the world! Join our campaign and send us your video of how solar powers your life.
