SolarPower Europe has published its third ‘European Market Outlook for Residential Battery Storage’ report, covering 2022-2026, which analyses the current state of play of residential batteries across Europe. Analysing the synergy between residential solar and batteries, the report finds that in 2021, around 250,000 battery energy storage systems were installed to support European residential solar energy systems.
